Purpose
To define the Standard Procedures and Guidelines that govern and promote the efficient use of the Digital Learning Platform (DLP) of Ed Skills Mumbai, ensuring compliance with the policies of Ed Skills Mumbai.
Definitions
The following definitions apply to terms used in this document:
- “Digital Learning Platform (DLP) OR Offline”: A flexible, web-based program for teaching and learning used as a delivery mechanism for online and blended courses.
- “Website”: The website edskill.com, including all sub-domains and others added in the future.
- “Course Content”: All educational materials provided to the participant, including videos, instructor-led sessions, presentations, documents, books, assignments, tests, quizzes, exams, lab sessions, etc.
- “Users”: Any person with login credentials to the Digital Learning Platform OR any other offline portals and platforms.
Applicability
These Standard Processes and Guidelines apply to all Users.
Acceptable Use and Other Terms
This is a binding Agreement between the ED Skills and the user. By using the ED – Skills Platfrom, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the platform’s services and content.
Before using our DLP and services, please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By accessing the DLP, you confirm that you accept and agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined below.
Eligibility
Registration to use the DLP is restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older, or those with legal parental/guardian consent who are fully able and competent to enter into the terms and obligations herein.
By registering, you represent that you meet these criteria. Ed Skills Mumbai is not liable for any use by individuals who do not meet the eligibility criteria.
Platform Modifications and Discontinuation
Ed Skills Mumbai reserves the right to temporarily or permanently discontinue the DLP for any reason and at any time. We may also modify the DLP, website contents, layout, and presentation without prior notice.
InquiriesTerms and Conditions Updates on Reproduction Rights
These Terms and Conditions can be reviewed and updated at any time without prior warning. Users must review this document before using the DLP to ensure compliance with any changes.
Intellectual Property
All content on the DLP or any other off line platforms, including text, graphics, videos, programs, source code, trademarks, names, logos, etc., is protected by copyright and belongs to Ed Skills Mumbai or its content providers. Unauthorized use or reproduction of content is strictly prohibited.
Any third-party trademarks or intellectual property rights that appear on the platform are the property of their respective owners.

User Rights and Obligations
Users are expressly prohibited from:
- Copying, reproducing, or redistributing course content for commercial or other purposes.
- Sharing login credentials or using another person’s account.
- Using the platform for advertising or promotional purposes without written consent from ED Skills.
- Causing technical problems, transmitting viruses, or altering website content.
Users are responsible for safeguarding their username and password and must notify Ed Skills Mumbai in case of unauthorized access or other security issues.
Payments and Refunds
Users agree to pay all course fees, authorizing Ed Skills Mumbai to charge their payment method securely. Payments are processed by third-party partners to ensure the best options are available based on the user’s location.
All course purchases are non-refundable.
